The Roughriders Golf Club was founded in 1999 by a close knit group of men playing the Golf Sim Microsoft Links 2000. Many played for years, going back to the Links 386 game. Our team continued to play with Links 2001 and now Links 2003.
They created a team that was based on friendship and competition. Those traditions continue today, and in fact the bonds of friendship have become ever stronger.
We have Members from the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia that have formed a family group that stresses Fun first and winning second.
We have competed in many online tours like the CLT,LSIT, OGT, FFA, Fug, LSPN, and in the Zone. Now we can be found on Ventrillo playing our many In House Tourneys like Bunkhouse Brawls, The Johnny Ringo, S&G, Open Tour, Champions, and now the Challenging Tour using Ver. 1.07. We also have a year ending Club Championship where we crown a Low Gross and Low Net winner.
